I have a DSC pc1555mx in the house I just bought. It is disconnected at the power source, but when I plug it in the siren goes off. I do not have any info. Where can I find info on this unit?

The external sounder will still go off because it has a power source in it, firstly you need to disconnect that

you can reset your system by taking the battery out of the box and turning off the mains power.

if that fails there are jump pins in your dsc box, if you read your manual that will give you instructions on how to short the system for a full reset.
