A great product to use is Kampel SeamFil. It is a laminate scratch and chip repair product that comes in basically any color you need. If they don't have it you can get it custom matched or mix it yourself. I have used it and it has stood up to the test of time. I found some at www.americantechnologyinc.com. GOOD LUCK!

try rubbing a walnut over the scratch , the oil in the walnut should disguise the scratch

You can buy a wood filler the same colour as your floor, or if you cant find the same colour, buy a light coloured filler and mix a little wood stain into it..
