worcester 24i junior problems?

i have the same boiler, why is the flashing light come on all the time? how can i get rid of it to get my heating working?

The pressure red dial must be below the black line if not opening the taps increase the pressure causing the black dial to rise above the red line.This appears to have sorted the problem with the flashing light.
