Had the same problem, pump all water out, and empty pipe. Switch off at the wall and unplug. Place towel on the floor in front of the machine and tilt and lay machine down onto it's door on the towel. Let all the water run out. Restore machine to upright position plug back in and switch on. Should work as normal. This is how we fixed our one, hope this helps!
