how can i fix my samsung VCR model SV B45B?

when i play a video I can hear sound but I have no visual. All I get is a blue screen that says welcome to samsung. Can this be fixed??

sounds like you need to clean the video head, either use a head cleaning tape or remove the top and clean with a lint free cloth
