How can i fix my Neff Oven?

I have a Neff oven which worked fine this morning but now the bottom fan oven no longer works with no heat, the light is also not on.

My Neff oven has had about 8 new elements, it is 11 years old! They are £21 on the website above, but my local domestic appliance repair company charges £70 parts and labour.
