Fix Fault Bt

I have an unused BT Duet 700 completely dead just as though it's not plugged in. Any ideas?

Base will no longer allow me to delete messages or skip BT synergy

When I lift the phne up to answer a call I can hear the caller but the caller cannot hear me.

We have just changed our land line from Sky to Virgin but the answerphone only records incoming calls as repeated buzzes and then tells caller to put the phone down.

Hand set 2 works perfectly, but hand set 1 will ring, when picked up, the person at the other end can hear me but I can't hear them. I have tried deselecting the hand set, then reselecting, but this ... more
