I have a Carl Lewis treadmill and the PCB has overheated and burnt out the board. What's the cheapest way to get it fixed?

Just purchased one of these treadmills and setup to find it runs in reverse only. Is it a simple fix or do I have to return it. Is it possibly a case of switching two wires?? Thanks Simon
