Why does my Dimplex RMG25 cause the circuit breaker to pop?

The reset button is stuck how do I open the clock part to release the reset button

Dimplex Rio RMG 25 Just stopped working, fuse ok and power into heater ok

Have Dimplex eco radiator - switched it on - lights up but will not heat up

Doesn't heat up but the light comes on indicating it's not a fuse. Not sure what it can be? Any ideas? Appreciate your suggestions on what it can be and how it can be fixed
