Emerson MP3 Player, stoppee while playing, cannot open door to eject the CD

i have a emerson 3 compact dic player and i cannot get the dic player to play

How do I get it to play the cd

it is a 3 disc player by emerson,it says TOC REAd

I can load all 3 discs, but it rotates past 2 disc, and sometimes when it decides to play 1 cd it usually skips. It will only play 1 of the 3 discs loaded. How can I fix this problem?

The door mechanism on my six disc emerson cd player jammed and will not open, probably because one of the discs was not loaded properly. How can I get it to open?
