Hi I have a firebird super Q 50/82 indoor boiler just serviced fires up no prob initially with the normal boost but then stays loud

I have a Firebird Olympic oil burner. The water in the radiators becomes very hot and in my opinion, the burner is somehow bypassing the temperature control. Any advice would be welcome.

Firebird combi 90K problem with hot water?
