I have a 1996 ford Mustang v-6 3.8 I bought a new radiator cooling fan it has 3 terminals but my wire harness is 2 terminals how do I hook it up

were do i locate the sencor for my radiator fan on my ford ka 1.2

my fan is not turning and i have to keep refilling the water on my ford ka also the is water bubbling and the light comes on help
