Fix Fault Fuji

My fuji finepix 5600 turns off almost immediately after switching on

i can not get the No image off the screen. The screen is blue with a small play button at the bootom of the screen.the camera is a fuji fine pics s5600 digital camera

My camera has just stopped switching on, i can here a small wiering sound for about .5 second and then nothing. Have tried replaceing batterys to no avail. Any answer ?
