Fix Fault Hinari

Hello just got this from someone and both the food processor and blender are not working. It’s not blending or rolling what can I do

I have a hinari food processor the liquidiser works no problem but the mixer part not working

need a lid for my hinari 650 food processor

i have lost the lock from my blender so that when i remove the blender i cant use the mixer as i cant lock of the blender
