the hose on the air con got really hot and warped the window slider which is totally ruined.where can I buy one from?

On the Aircon i have red light "pre.Def" and it cuts out what ever function i put in e.g. when i try to heat the room up? how can i fix this very cold in winter?

The accordian pleated side panels that slide out to fit the AC in the window need to be replaced. Is this item available and where?
