Fix Fault Huawei

I would like to install a fresh vanilla version of Android on my Huawei Ascend G510. I think it would work faster without the wrapper which Huawei add (called Emoticon.) Is this possible?

I dropped my Huawei Ascend G510 mobile phone. The glass screen had cracked in the corner. Can these be replaced, or do I need to bin the phone?
