Fix Fault Kenmore

How can I fix or reset Kenmore Dehumidfier, power button will not light up, all other functions work well, but unit does get noisy after awhile

My dehumidifier works but I can't change the humidity level, fan level or time on and off level. Is it an electrical problem or an sensor problem or waht?

Shutdown when the compressure is running.

Kenmore dehumidifier is not longer removing water. SOunds like it's running but it isnt getting cold.
