I have a panasonic nv-gs5 camcorder. When I tried to operate it made a continuous noise. When I pressed reset, it didn't open again.

There is a tape in there I can’t get it out it might makes a winding noise but I can’t open the door to reject it how can I fix it Model number is : Panasonic NV-DS65
