Fix Fault Ryobi

Just asked about greasing Ryobi pole saw - also would like to know if I should use any special grease.

My Ryobi rlt 30 cesa pole saw extension - the engine works fine but it takes a while before little chain saw at end of pole will move. Should I grease somewhere?
