have a Nissan Primera 2002 auto saloon and the nav disc is cracked will a disc from a 2003 /6 be ok for my car

Anyone having problems with the clock sticking?

Hi, I have the same issues as you all with Door open and also disc reading error, but I have a new problem, the clock sticks on the same time after about 10 mins into a journey..anyone have any ideas?
