My microwave door enamel is blustering. Is is safe to use the microwave when the enamel is pealing?

Yes Walter ...... The inside of the door has what is called a choke flange joint that the RF energy produced sees as an open circuit, so as long as you keep the area around the inside of the door clean it's safe.
