My Zanussi FL1281 washes, but then doesn't drain, rinse or?

My Zanussi FL1281 washes, but then doesn't drain, rinse or
spin. I have cleaned the filters and drainage pipes, but still nothing happens. What can the problem be?

If you have checked the filter and the drain hose etc then the pump itself could be faulty, can you hear the pump running?
