Potterton 80e?

My potterton puma 80e has suddenlystopped giving us hot water and heating. A red light comes on and is constant as soon as i turn on the hot water tap. Can anyone help.

check the system pressure, if this is ok then you may have a blocked low pressure switch, common on the puma
