I'm sure the diverter value is not working as hot water from the taps seems to be warming the radiators insted?? I have contacted a number of local plumbers who will not touch the boiler as they are unfamiliar with the model. The contact number on my documentation is no longer valid. Help!!

Yes you are right. Just replace diverter valve (£100 Plumbcentre) easy job, should only take 30mins.

Ask you local plumbers suppliers who is the nearest agent selling these boilers and contact them, I'm sure the can recommend someone in your area. Does BG not do them either?
