I have a neff electric oven model B1641NOGB. My problem is that the grill does work but does not get hot (takes hours to grill bacon). I have put in a new Fan element, a new fan thermostate, and a new grill element, am I missing something? Apart from the grill only getting warm everything else works fine. Can anyone help or advise please.
I suspect that you have a defective regulator, (sometimes called a switch pack), which is on the other end of the 'D' shaped shaft to which the grill control knob is attached.
Try espares, (or Neff), for a replacement.
