The phone rings twice then an automated voice says Hello, Your call cannot be taken at the moment and you cannot leave a message please call later, this can be heard withoout lifting the receiver. Can anyone help
press clear/mute button top left hand it will say "tad on" then 7 , then 1 , hold in until you hear beep , press clear/mute again ,job done . test from a mobile or another phone line.
