If the red led on the instrument panel goes out when you turn the ignition on then the immobilser is working ok ,and if you think you have a alarm you will see some ultra sonic sensors on the inside of the car near the top corners of the windscreen, if there are no sensors ,also check under the bonnet for a pin swiitch ,and if you see one then it has a alarm system, hope thathelps if not please reply.
