how do i join two pir sensors together?

i have two 500w lamps &two seperate pir sensors how do i make each sensor power both lamps if triggered i was told to link the sl terminals but this stopped the timmer working the lamps came on constantly

Ignore this idi*t. He hasn`t properly read the info you provided. However you do need to check that the rating of each independent PIR covers the combined lamp load.
Unfortunately PIR`s work on drop voltage so combining two or more requires additional AND` circuitry. I have never come across a retail version for this purpose, but they must exist .

the lamps are off 500w each total load of 1000w each pir has a max load of 1500w mambo

Don't do it. The PIR and its relay/switch will be rated for only its 500w bulb NOT 1000w.

The reason for the new Building Regulations in the UK that make DIY work outside illegal is to stop that kind of moronic behaviour.

I only hope that I have been in time to stop a fire or worse!
