I have a Kenmore Ultra Wash, Quiet Guard 3 and it seems to do an alright job except for the fact some of the liquid detergent is always globbed on to whatever dish is placed on the rack right in front of the detergent door. The door is open, but with quite a bit of residue around the gasket. Any suggestions? Sometimes it gets the dishes clean, other times there are several items I have to wash by hand. Any help is appreciated.

might be a hole in the bottom of the cutlery tray so will fall throu and stop arm moving
