i lost my key for the car, and thought i was being clever by barreling the ignition, i didnt no that the car has a chip in the key that has to be in the ignition to deactivate the imobilizer, i have made a right mess of the steering columb, can any body help bypass the imobilizer as i am meant to be going away in the car tommoro regards alan

Sorry,but imoboliser is part of ECU.If it's an older model with a single solonoid with 1 wire connected fitted to the injection pump,then running a wire from bat + to the solonoid will get u running,but if it has a multiplug going to the injection pump(more then 1 wire)you'r screwd.
