If their is a condensate pump on your system, fault could possibly be mechanical or electrical with the pump. If it is a gravity drain , (all services will be going through an external wall) is external hole , higher than lowest point of drain? obviously water can not go up hill unless under pressure from a pump. Is your indoor unit level? If unit is off level , this will allso cause leaks. were on system does water drip? My best advice , check basics. if you are not machanically/ electrically minded, call an air con engineer. Some of us know what we are doing.

Unit under-sized,
Gas charge incorrect,
Filters blocked,
Fan fault
Coil dirty
etc etc
