How do I program my GE Model 26992GE1-A, Cordless Phone?

I had to replace my battery in my Cordless Phone and lost all the programed numbers in my phone. And I can't find my Operating Manual. It is a Model 26992GE1-A, Cordless Phone, General Electric.
