my current alarm system is/was controlled by an optima xm6 control panel which has been in the house for 12 years. It is now broken down and My electrican has quoted £160 for a full optima replacement which includes all parts and labour. What is the replacement equivalent called ? Is it the Optima G3 or G4...if so I have seen this on a trade website for £31.99. Therefore is the quoted price of £160 (including fitting) too much?
