Primatic Cylinder, no hot water C, heating OK how can I fix?

Primatic Cylinder: Central Heating works OK, but no hot water top pipe enntering ciylinder ( heat exchanger coil ) is cool. I have tried turning all Hot taps on together but no joy. I do not fancy boiling the system. Any Ideas gratefully received.

Thanks I will try it when the weather warms up. This is a soft water area, no trouble with Lime scale.

Leave system off to cool down (for air bubble to reform)
restart boiler from cold
If it fails to heat water , scaled up , replace cylinder with a true indirect type
