Why does my central heating system keep loosing presure ?

my central heating is loosing presure every couple of days, I keep topping it up via the link valve to the cold water only to have the same thing happen. I have no signs of leaks anywhere on the radiators or boiler. Any answers? I have a Baxi instant combi 105he

I've been told there's a tiny leak letting out the the water as it makes its way around the system. A plumber is going to put two bottles of leak sealer into the system; it seals up small leaks within 24 hours and represents an acceptable fix. If the system stops losing pressure/ water, then its a good fix for me!

Leak sealer; available from all good handiware stores.

My plumber currently thinks it's a leak somewhere in the pipes, exacerbated by the cold weather. It does seem worse when it's very very cold. I'm saving up for new piping as well as many other things...

I don't have the answer, but I DO have the same problem. I have a Baxi Combi Platinum (8 months old) and it has been losing pressure and needing a water top-up for around two weeks now. However, it's become worse and worse and now it needs topping up every couple of hours.

I wonder if there is a leak in the system? The pump SEEMS to be working fine. The water goes into the boiler upon top-up and pressure goes up fine. It just drops again pretty quickly.

It's cold right now!
