rattlle noise seems to be comming from under wind sreen?

when i switch ignition on i get a rattle sound around windsreen wiper motor motor area. if i switch thh heater blower on the noise goes.the car is a megane 1400 2001 can you help

the noise is the recycle motor on your heater slipping on plastic teeth,there is repair kit available but if you have a/c it will be expensive to fit,it can be disconnected so you no longer have recycle,(most people don't bother with it anyway)
