Boiler Worcester CDi heats the centarl heating but not the hot water supply can anybody help

Hi Ken

Two main reasons for no hot water;

1 the divertor valve motor is faulty. No need to drain down the system.

2 the divertor valve needs to be removed from the boiler, after draining down, and the valve chamber cleaned.

In all cases be sure to isolate the electric supply to the boiler!
