Aurora AS702MX paper shredder is jammed. Only works on reverse. Is there a manual? How to unjam?

A reader on Aurora site said to remove excess paper with flat-nosed pliers, then soak paper still in shredder with vegetable oil for about 8 hours to soften, then to try again. Will this help?

this has happened to our as702mx shredder too, usually it is the result of feeding to much paper at once. I have disassembled the unit - unplug power cord first- and removed the jammed paper from the cutters. Paper can get so jammed in the cutters it will prevent the shredder from operating.
