I think the Draper 600w plane is the same - I downloaded a manual for their model and it looks identical to the Blackspur. A supplier of a belt can be found on the net at around £4.00
The only one I could find is on ebay but product was from hong kong for a couple of pounds,mine was for a 600 BB-PP100 I took the old belt measurements and what the hell for a couple of pounds I received 2 postage free.Hope this helps.
