How do you reset the window vibration sensors and the PIRs on a veritas 8.
I have done the engineer reset but now when I try to reset the alarm all the zones stay lit and it will not set.

hi if all of the zones are in fault then first check if they are lighting up. if all zones are at fault it is normally a blown fuse which controls the power to the detectors. it could also be a battery fault which is pulling too much power and the voltage is now too low to keep the detectors working
