How can I stop my freezer leaking?

I have a Maytag GC20B7C3EV side-by-side fridge freezer and it's leaking from the bottom of the freezer. The basket at the bottom of the freezer is also frozen shut. The fridge and freezer appear to be working fine otherwise. Can you help me?

Check the drain hose isnt hooked up on the bracket (used to stop it draining whilst cleaning drain pan)

Hose should drop into pan not be hooked up whilst machine is running
