make sure that you are not useing a splitter , on the cable thats going into the back of the box , (that your not running 2 tv off the same line . because you need the full signal going into the box , and try getting a high grade scart lead " a gold plated" one if you can , if you have 2 tv , on the same line , take the other one out and test it ,,,,,,,,
