How can I troubleshoot the two inoperable sensors on a sliding door before I have to call for a very expensive repair visit from ADT?

Oh Deborah, please dont call them, unless of course you were intending to take out a second mortgage. Are these doors internal, your not telling me enough to help you at this stage, Give me a call if you dont mind, you never know you might even be in my catchment area.
