Ok I have a handycam and the touch screen still is visable but the touch bottons do not work. I am wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem. And how they were able to fix it. I called sony and they were no help. This is the Third sony camera that I have had problems with will never buy one again.

i also have a problem with a sony dcr-hc21. my lcd screen all the sudden went blank? talked with sony several times and were no help!want me to send in for a min.of 141.00 to fix! only paid a little over 300.00. probably best to get a new one! IT WILL NOT BE A SONY
