freezer not working ... not freezing ice cubes or food .. door seal ok seems to be build up of ice at back of shelf and behind a panal with 4 screws in it.. not sure whats wrong..only got 1 temp control for both fridge and freezer fridage is ok all chilled there.. help as if i cant fix it gonna cost me new worktops and new freezer unit!!
