Sanyo CLT-6700 cordless phone?

Mine Sanyo CLT-6700 cordless phone is not working.
The handset is always showing OUT RANGE, its shows SET SEE.

The base station "In Use" LED is also constantly blinking.
Can any body help me out to make my phone working.
