Optima XM-How to Replace my Optima XM Alarm Battery?

How can I replace the battery in my Optima XM Alarm without setting off the alarm?
I have the User Code & the Engineer code, but do not want to remove the panel screw until I know how to stop tamper alarm(s), if this is likely to sound off.
