Hi Richard,
Your drain has become blocked, and is not allowing the defrost water to exit the cabinet.
You need to locate the drain hole behind the rear panel and unblock it.
Bosch put a blue varnish on the cooling coil, this falls off over time and blocks the small outlet hole in the drain.
