i have a ford fiesta 1.25 zetec ?

i have had the car cheaked and there is no pessure in plug three only told it could be a bent valve or something but what could it be changed the coil pack and still the same help me could it be a vavle seal as plug three in very oiliey help

Broken/worn piston ring, scored bore, broken piston, or stuck valve.
If oily then piston problems would be my guess. Has the car been serviced regularly all its life or have oil checks, and oil and filter changes been neglected?
