No hot water from Ocean 240 combi boiler?

I have an ocean 240 combi boiler. The central heating works fine but it does not heat up the hot water. Can anyone please help.

do your rads get hot when you run the hotwater? more than likely your hw thermistor has gone or hw flow switch on divertor valve
